Refund Policy - Applies to all merchandise
We strive to sell you a sewing machine, or related parts and accessories best suited to your requirements. In case you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us for assistance by phone or email (see contact page), and we will try to resolve your problems.
Please call us ASAP if you do not receive your order promptly. If the shipping company shows proof of delivery we are not responsible and this should be taken up with your homeowners insurance.
In the event that we cannot resolve your issues, you may send the merchandise back to us, under the following terms and conditions.
Once you place an order and the trucking company picks it up, the shipping time is out of our control. If you decide to cancel or refuse the shipment, before or when it arrives, you will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways.
Refund terms for shipments you choose to pick up
When we ship machinery to a Freight Terminal for a customer to pick up, they only allow 3 days before they either start to charge storage fees, or want to have it shipped back to us. Either way they will charge us and you will be responsible for this return freight charge.
Customers must contact us for a return authorization. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our location, as well as any additional charges that may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must arrive in the same condition as it was received by the buyer.
Restocking fees are as follows:
- Between 1 and 30 days since purchase (15%).
- Between 31 and 60 days since purchase (18.5%).
- Between 61 and 90 days since purchase (20%).
- Between 91 and 120 days since purchase (25%).
- Between 121 and 150 days since purchase (30%).
- Between 151 and 180 since purchase (35%).
- After 180 days we no longer accept exchanges.
