All sewing machines are complex mechanical devices, with many moving parts. It is inevitable that over time, something may go wrong with your sewing machine. It may be operator error, or mechanical failure. In either case, we are here to help you.
Unlimited Machine Operation Support
All sewing machines sold by us include free technical support for any operating issues that may arise, or questions you may have about the capabilities, maintenance or timing of the machines purchased from us.
If you need help with your machine, you can contact us by (toll free) phone, email, our web form, private messages, or in person. We will do our best to answer your questions and walk you through whatever issues you are having with sewing machines you buy from us.
Best of all, there is no time limit on our support for our customers.
Mechanical Parts Warranties
All new machines include a written warranty detailing your coverage during the specified warranty period.
While some parts are covered by warranties, shipping is not. You must send back the machine in order to have us repair it.
